Stamps on stamps is a highly varied topic within the world of topical stamp collecting. Since the introduction of prepaid adhesive paper by Sir Rowland Hill for expedited letter delivery, postage stamps have captivated collectors. It is therefore not unexpected that postage stamps are being used as a motif for stamp designs, making stamps on stamps a popular subcategory of topical collecting.
